Helix not suitable for work, either?

    Hello, all.

    I've posted a few times about not driving a motor vehicle while using Aneros and have quit doing that. So I figured, what the hell, I'll use it while working at my desk; background p-waves would be nice. Well, turns out that's not a great idea. As much as I tried to minimize the sensations and focus on work, the effects turned my mind to mush. I was seeing flashes instead of my computer screen.After an hour of being spaced out, I removed the helix and started getting some work done. I guess these Aneros things have to remain at home.

    Too funny! LOL Nothing wrong with experimenting as long as it is safe. I guess the last thing you need is your boss wondering why your work is not getting done. :P

    While it has been suggested in other threads the Aneros packaging should contain a warning label, I think that implies the Aneros could be, in some small way, inherently dangerous for its owner to use. IMHO, this is not the case, Aneros use in accord with the manufacturers recommendations is completely safe. However, the user must exercise common sense when using this device just as they would while using any other sophisticated device. Perhaps a simple cautionary label is more appropriate, say like this - :):)

    How about something a little more simple:

    "We encourage our users to exercise common sense with our products; it is recommended to not use this product while performing tasks that require your full attention."

    rumel & Korkelz;

    A simple cautionary note on the packaging would be a good idea. Many users may not be aware that a mildly stimulating session could turn extreme without warning. It certainly surprised me a few times.
