    Hello The Thinker, :)

This is a topic that has been discussed here before. Sometimes it's worthwhile to use the search function in the forum to see what other people have posted about a topic of interest. Here's what I found:

    thinker,

A while ago when my back was "out," I got a TENS unit for $40 on the Internet. It worked great on my back. As an experiment, I tried it on my genitals. That did force an orgasm. I would not describe the experience as entirely enjoyable.

    Cheers,

    the thinker,

There is a large group of E-Stim aficionados at SmartStim.com, with a wealth of information surrounding E-Stim usage, however, you do have to join the membership (it's free) in order to access the website information. There have been numerous discussions there about electrifying Aneros massagers. Most of those discussions revolve around homemade devices. E-Stim equipment is mentioned in the Aneros WIKI and in several threads in the Forum such as Electrosex and Aneros.(Try doing a search using "estim" or "e-stim" as keywords to find others.) There is a product called the The Slightest Touch which is an e-stim device originally designed for women but has also been used by men. There is a thread called The Slightest Touch on this Forum as well. The makers of that product produced a short user manual for men's usage/guidance. 'B Mayfield' was a contributor to that manual and he also wrote a post (I SING THE BODY ELECTRIC...) regarding its use. Here's a link to that .pdf file. In an older thread this commercially available item - The Electrify It Kit shows the use of the Aneros Maximus in an electrified condition. However, I don't know if that kit is still available.
Please take proper safety precautions when utilizing E-Stim equipment!
  • I use elctro stim and i really like it. I made my progasm into and electo model and it felt very good. As I can't seem to get anything going with just the aneros devices and I have them all I went this way. I still use my aneros product and love the peridise. its just whatever floats ur boat. Don't stim above the waist unless you know what u are doing. Have fun with either of the 2.
  • Thanks for the info. My good lady has one of those machines with pads used to tone the body...isnt that the same thing ?

    the thinker,

The electro-stimulation machine your good lady possesses is probably a simple TENS unit with few options as to frequency or waveforms to be used. This is not the same as units designed to operate on pleasurable frequencies with numerous subtle options to vary the quality of the stimulating signal. E-stimming can be a pretty sophisticated sensual fetish, it would be worth your while to do a lot of research before investing in the proper equipment.

You may be interested in reading member 'Tripper's thread Hesitating to post this but............ about his exploration of the e-stim activity. You might try PM'ing him to get his input as he may still occasionally frequent this Forum.

An EMS (electo muscle stimulator) uses a different waveform than a TENS machine. The EMS feels "harsh" and can easily turn to pain if over done. A TENS is more likely to produce numbness if over done (they are intended for pain relief). The purpose made machines are different again, and among those some are aimed more at the "pain play" market and others are intended to be more sensuous (and the good ones cover the entire range for whatever you want but will cost you easily 10X what a cheap TENS costs). SmartStim.com mentioned above is by far the best source of info on e-stim that I ever found.

Personally I much prefer an aneros to e-stim, but I have not tried an electrified aneros. (Once I started getting success with my aneroses my interest in e-stim dropped to zero).

Do you think you could share the details on how you electrify the progasm? Where you place pads or whatever material you use, how do you clean it, etc. That would be very much appreciated!
  • It would be much easier to log into smartstim and use the search function with the words aneros ,modify . I use copper tape that conducts electricity thru the glue . and put it on the bumps or the top . there are lots of pics of modified aneros's also check out davey $20. cheap e stim unit. works good and easy to build. I would try it and if u like it u can spend more for a better unit. I have 2 of the cheap ons and an Et312 whic is top of the line.
  • I have been checkingb out the Mystim range. They look good and are reasonably priced

As I mentioned above in this thread, my experiments with e-stim a year ago were not much fun. I prefer that my hands-free ejaculations be pain-free. After trying half a dozen times to see if the pleasure/pain ratio would improve, I relegated my TENS unit to lower back duty. Recently, given the success I've had with Aneros I thought I'd give anal e-stim a go using this device:

Mystim Casanova - anal- & vaginal dildo

I've only used it once so far and It worked really well. No hands-free ejac, but plenty of Os; all pleasure, no pain. The key to using it is to start at "1" on the TENS (LG Med Supply $30 model) power and then move it up a single step every 5 minutes.

    Cheers,

    Dave

Check rumel's post (#4 in this thread) for the electrify it link. It includes fotos of a modified Maximus. In considering an approach to this I'm also concerned about cleaning so might make the conductive surfaces, "single use." Plan is to use 2.5mil adhesive backed copper, available from larger Guitar stores.

Still hunting for any experience with lubes -- conductive, non-conductive etc.

u can put some clear fingernail polish around the copper,( be sure to make sure its conductive on both sides) after u roll the edges flat with a smooth object. Its very easy to clean . For lube I use ky generic with a pinch of baking soda in the lube and a little water. also depends how thick u want it to be. spectra 360 for around the head and other skin contact. surgi-lube for inserting into head of cock.

    Guys,

I don't know how recently this information became available but I thought I'd pass along the links to some new information provided by The Slightest Touch company.

Thanks for posting this Rumel. I was looking into buying one of these awhile back and then just sort of forgot about it. At the time I think I was having great success with my aneroless sessions but since things have fizzled. Maybe will give this a go to see if it helps get things moving again.

I have to admit to becoming somewhat excited about "Slightest Touch" until I read a Post from Brian Mayfield in a thread of late March entitled ""Anyone Using Slightest Touch". Brian's thread reads:

    "Kharrisma,

While it is true that I had at one time endorsed this product and written a companion guide for its use, I am recommending that people avoid this company at the present time. Over the last several years I have received emails from individuals who have stated that they have ordered and paid for the product and never received it.... even after many months. Having been unsuccessful with reaching the manufacturer by email (they list no phone number on their website), these folks turned to me, given my past advocacy of the device. In these cases I attempted to contact the company myself and never received a response either.

That said, I still consider the Slightest Touch to be a good product, but clearly the company that makes it is having problems.

    BF Mayfield"

In view of this, my interest faded to nil in about five seconds!

Noooo! Damn that's terrible customer service. Well maybe I won't go there then.
Too bad they don't have a slightest touch forum.

    @Pommie & Billy11 -- U guys are champs at being quick studies

Made visits on three separate days to the website. Home page said there's no forum there now; however, it also reporteds hundreds of forum visits.

Tried to register on two separate days and email responder/authenticator didn't work.

rumel's links do bypass some of the non-functional parts of the site and do provide some comprehensive info in updated pad locations etc.

Finally decided to forget ST, save some $$$, and devise a means to do some current limiting work with a tens unit.

As far as I can tell, the ST unit is a TENS with a fancy shell.

I picked up on somebody's idea of making your own e-stim probe and hacked one together in an hour based on the aluminum shell of an Exacto razor knife handle, which was about 3 inches long and less than a half-inch in diameter. A rolled-up 2-inch square TENS pad fit inside the hollow handle and then I sealed the end with epoxy glue, leaving the pad's electrical lead hanging out about 3 inches. As a finishing touch, I sanded the epoxied end's edges to be rounded, nice and smooth.

Since this homemade probe is unipolar, to complete the circuit I used an external sticky pad on my perineum. The effect was was very similar to the Mystim bipolar probe but required a higher power setting before I could feel anything. As with the Mystim, the resulting sensations were really good.

Good luck with your Progasm-based e-stim probe project,

    Dave
