Just used my SGX i need a little help maybe?
  • Maybe i am doing something wrong, first session i used a condom with this, an unlubricated condom, i used it for about 10 mins maybe, i had to keep moving it so i can feel it hitting my prostate. I still dont understand how it is hands-free. After my session i did notice alot of prostatic fluid and alot after i urinated, and i noticed a really hard erection it last it for a while too not that i havent been used to in a while.
Also is it okay to jack off before or after use?

    congested,

Using a condom with your SGX is not wrong, however, it will probably be better if you were to use lubrication both inside and outside the condom to facilitate adequate movement.

Your Aneros massager was designed to be powered by your anal sphincter, rectal and/or PC muscles, NOT through manual intervention. The use of these muscles will assure safety of use so you do not inadvertently injure yourself. The “hands-free” use is exactly that, you should not be using your hands to manipulate your massager.

By rhythmically contracting your pelvic floor muscles you are not only causing the massager to provide a very gentle massage to your prostate but you are exercising those muscles as well. This process will strengthen, tone and increase endurance for them. Additionally exercising these muscles increases blood flow to the area, increasing circulation and providing nutrient rich, oxygenated blood to all the tissues and organs in the lower pelvic region, which should lead to healthier functioning of those organs.

It sounds like your body is responding well to the massage even though you should not need to use manual techniques. As to your question of masturbating before or after Aneros use, this is an individual's decision. As far as I know, no harm will befall you for such practice, however if one of your goals is to achieve a Super-O through use of these massagers then I would recommend against using your SGX for masturbation to ejaculation purposes. For some reasoning on this subject, I recommend you read the Penis, NOT! thread by Cockadoodle for a little insight.

Thank you for the reply, i am relaxing as i use the device, i just don't know how to use my anal sphincter muscles, and as for PC muscles what do i do squeeze my rectum for this? Next session i will not use a condom, as for lubricated condoms, i dont have anymore. As for a Super-O i am not looking for that right now just focusing on trying to clear up my congested prostatitis overtime and worry about that later, even though this was my first session, and i had what they call an intense erection lets just say next time i jack off will i achieve this even though i am not using the device?
And i guess i was used to the burning and stinging of an prostate exam by my uro, i guess this is why i think i've done this wrong.
So this what i want to understand, All the clear fluid came out drained out of my prostate right? even when i uriniated i had alot come out.

    congested,

The clear fluid drainage you experienced was probably precum (Cowper's gland emission). Prostatic fluid will generally be milky in color as this is a large component of seminal fluid. I would highly recommend you read Understanding Your Body in the Aneros WIKI to become a little more familiar with terms used on this Forum. There is also a short discussion of the pelvic floor muscles in the WIKI.

As far as erections go, some men get strong ones, some men don't become erect at all, still others will cycle through erect and flaccid states. This is not of any significance in regards to Aneros use.

A digital rectal exam performed by your doctor to palpate your prostate is often uncomfortable do to the pressure used. The doctor may be trying to force an emission or determine other aspects of the health of your prostate but creating a pleasing sensual experience for you is probably the last thing he is trying to achieve, hence the exam is usually felt to be an unpleasant experience by most men. Your Aneros should never be painful or uncomfortable when properly used as per the manufacturer's instructions.

Okay, i have a question about prostatic fluid, isn't it supposed to burn when it is ejected out the prostate?

    congested,

NO, ejaculations, precum or any milking emissions should not yield a burning sensation. Those should all be pleasant soft sensations. If you are experiencing burning sensations then there may be some other problem going on, perhaps a bacterial infection or physiological anomaly. It would probably be wise to consult a urologist to see what is going on here.

Oh no, not with the SGX, i haven't had any problems yet, its just when my Urologist does it, it burns like hell that is what i was stating. Sorry for the confusion.
