Ok, so I've been Re-wired, but.......
  • I need to know if I have been able to do this before I knew about it. I figured that my recent success without the Aneros was attributed to some Aneros use, but I figured it was mostly mental imagery and technique.

    I know this all sound very confusing, but I will put everything into focus.

    I have posted before that contractions do nothing for me and I am right to a point. I think that contractions will work for me in the future, but what has happed with me lately is nothing short of a miracle.

    I have been on vacation for about a week in Japan and I have been living in hostels. Most of the time it is with other people, mostly guys, but that's ok I'm not homophobic (excuse the term). I could only use the Aneros when I was in the room by myself or when I had a single room (about three times in eight days).

    My point in telling you all of that was that I wanted to have sessions everyday (with the Aneros) but I couldn't. Instead I tried doing it without the Aneros. I tried making contractions but nothing happed at all, until one night I went at it with a different approach.

    What I would like to try is to have someone here who is having trouble with the Aneros or a beginner, to try my method. That would show me that it was my technique that was off the whole time and not me.

    If the person has success with the method then the method works.
    If the person does not have success with the method then I have recently become re-wired.

    I will add a poll that way I will have figures to work with.

    The Method:

    Very Very simple.

    1. Sit back breath regularly and relax

    2. Make a contraction at about 2-3% of maximum contraction. 2 ½. Visualize two parallel lines barley touching as you contract (or something to that extent). 2 3/4. Breathe in at about a little more than double the time it would take you to regularly breathe in about 5 or 6 seconds. (these steps in “2” should all be done at the same time)

    3. When you breath out, breath out slowly think about the prostate as you slowly release the contraction (or don’t if it messes up your concentration) 3 or 4 seconds.

    4. That is it, sit back and wait for thirty seconds to a minute. (repeat to build more involuntaries.

    Note: the contraction has to be at 2-3% of maximum to make it work anything higher for me doesn’t work.

    When you breathe in your body will try to increase the contraction, don’t let it stay at 2-3% the whole time which should be about less than 9 seconds.

    Everyone is different and you may not feel what I feel, but you should know if it is working if you feel a tickle as breathe in and out.

    If the visualizations distract you take them out I don’t use them at this point, but they are great to start you off.

    Welcome to the aneroless world where you're beginning to ride that bike without the training wheels!
    Eventually you won't even need to do the 2-3% contractions. Just mentally doing the contractions will get you there.

    Another spin off of your technique (actually meant to post a thread on it months ago but this seems like a good fit for it) that I like to do is kinda like the 2-3% contraction method but instead it's a rocking your hips kinda like humping he air method.

    What I do is lie on my back and mentally rock my hips as if a girl is riding me. When I say mentally I mean mentally. This alone often brings the involuntaries. But if this doesn't do the trick then like Indigenous_author's technique, do this hip rocking motion at a 2-3% motion as if you're really humping the air. Make the physical action of it so minute that you really don't know if you're really moving at all or still just mentally rocking your hips.

    This normally gets the involuntaries flowing and my limp dick will start just jumping around and if things go well I'll move into some nice constant p-waves into dry o's into mini o's and beyond.

    It's all about mobile body awareness. Mentally moving that energy around. Mentally feel yourself doing it whether it being a contraction, a rock of the hips, or whatever it is. But using a 2-3% movement action to where you really can't feel if you're imagining it or actually doing it is a very nice method to get things flowing... At least in my experience.

  • Also try contracting at 0.5 to 1% of maximum. The Aneros should not move at all. And the anal muscles should only slightly feel like its moving. The best way that I can explain it is that you should use as much force as it takes to pick a petal off of a flower very very very light contraction.

    I did it again last night and I forgot to say that if it works you should feel your leg(s) and hand(s) arm(s) start shaking and start to spasm almost immediately. The lighter the contraction the better the results (for me). It’s hard to get it exactly right but when it happens you can stay in the “zone”.

  • Don’t forget to vote in the poll. Bad results won’t hurt my feelings. I actually prefer accurate results. I’m just happy that I found a way to make thing work for me “every time”. I’m not producing super-os yet though. Every few times that I do it I have small mini-o’s and one big dry-o or a really big mini o. I’m going to try this with the Aneros in now. I have tried it with the Aneros before, but I don’t think I had it down like I do now.

    Hello to all, and especially to indigenous_Author!

    Last night I had my best session ever!!! I wanted to write about what I ended up doing, and you beat me to it, and I couldn't agree more. Although I do realize that not everyone is the same and not everyone can get the same feelings from certain techniques, last night I did something similar.

    I did about a 80 min session and the whole time I could feel small tickles and it felt nice, but towards the last 10 mins of my session I had such an intense orgasm? I wasn't sure what to call it but it got my heart rate way up. I was lying on my back feel flat on the bed, and legs bent, was relaxed and started to do tiny 2-3% contractions, and I went from 2% contraction to a little harder maybe 4% but to the point were i could feel the contractions change from very light to light. I began the breathe in a little harder and then relaxed my muscles and stop the contraction and lightly push down. I did this for less than a minute and it sent waves of of pleasure throughout my body! My hands were on top of my ribs and my hands instinctively went straight to my nipples and instantly as I touched my hard nipples I could feel the sensation soar down to my prostate and as I pushed out I felt like I was going to piss but nothing came out and then it all went away.. I was left breathing hard and as I touched my hard cock, now getting semi hard, I could see and feel that I had had some precum just ooze out of me... and this was all with my helix. I tried to do it again but I could only barely get there and decided to sleep.

    Now after reading from others, I'll go into it with just trying to get relaxed again and go for light very light contractions and harder breathing... remember guys, this doesn't mean it will always be this way but I'm happy to know I wasn't the only one who had this experience.
