Concise Aneros Instructions [PDF]. Help Me Improve Them!
  • Hi Guys,

I have have made concise step-by-step Aneros instructions.

I combined knowledge from these forums, wiki, and the online instructions and condensed them down.

It all fits on 1 piece of paper so you can print it off and follow them as you use the Aneros. The PDF can be downloaded from here: http://rapidshare.com/files/148355785/ANEROSCONDENSEDINSTRUCTIONS.pdf.html

Or copy and paste them from here:

    ANEROS CONDENSED INSTRUCTIONS:

    Preparation:
    1. Optional: Have an enema using a douche filled with warm water. Then shower.
    2. Get horny; watch porn, masturbate etc but don’t ejaculate!
    3. Wait to go soft.
    4. Pre-lube anus using an applicator with (5ml) water based lube (Glide ID) in all fours position.
    5. Cover Aneros in thin layer of Vaseline. Then apply more water based lube.
    6. Get in one of these positions while in bed:
    - Lie on right side and pull your left knee up towards your stomach. Both legs should be bent, with the left more so.
    - Lie on your back with a pillow under your lower back, legs bent and drawn up to your chest.
    - Lie on your front with cushions to create elevation in spread eagle position.

    Insertion and Relaxation:
    1. Slowly insert the Aneros halfway into the anus. As beginning insertion, push out with your rectum (as though forcing on the toilet) to make it easier.
    2. If required, contract gently to drawn the Aneros fully into the anus.
    3. Use the handle to position the P-Tab against the perineum spot.
    4. Relax for 10 to 20 minutes, using breathing exercises:
    - Slowly inhale for 4 to 8 seconds, hold breath for several seconds, then slowly exhale for 4 to 8 seconds.
    - Relax and concentrate on the sensations in the anal area.

    Contractions:
    1. Still breathing slowly, inhale deeply and contract the sphincter muscles then relax as you exhale. Repeat 20 - 30 times.
    2. Touch body wherever you feel sexually sensitive (NOT penis!).
    3. Slowly contract anal sphincter to about 1/4 to 1/2 of full contraction strength and maintain this level of contraction. Muscles will quiver and may spasm. (Gentle contraction = anal orgasms. Stronger contractions = prostate-generated orgasms.)
    4. Make a strong contraction of your anal sphincter. (During this time can lie on your back and push your hips down against a surface to increase pressure).

    Dry Orgasm:
    1. Keep contracting. When ejaculation feels imminent, try to stay at this point by controlling the degree of your sphincter contractions.
    2. The deep feeling gradually increases and accumulates to a peak. This orgasm comes repeatedly like ocean waves!

    Penis Stimulation:
    1. Stimulate the penis glans.
    2. When ejaculation feels imminent, immediately stop penile stimulation, to avoid ejaculation, and quickly add more tension to the sphincter and muscles controlling erection.
    3. Contract your anal sphincter together with the penis erection muscles as strong as you can.
    4. Penis should be larger and harder. Can later ejaculate by masturbation or sex.

Have I interpreted everything correctly? Im a little confused about the Contraction section - how long do you hold the 1/2 contractions - do you only make 1 'strong contraction' at the end - then do you hold this strong contraction until you orgasm??

Im hoping advanced users can add further tips and techniques.

Hope some of this is helpful, and thanks to the original authors.
    Mach. :)

    Hi mach101,

    Welcome to the Forum.

I have mixed feelings about what you are trying to accomplish here. I can appreciate the desire to simplify a technique and process that may lead one to a Super-O and produce it in a readily printable format.
My greatest reservation about this is it oversimplifies the topics to the point a man reading this may get the impression all he need do is follow this simple recipe to achieve orgasmic success.
This Forum has repeatedly seen threads posted by users who “… followed the directions…” only to find themselves frustrated with failure to achieve the implied end goal. I’m concerned that by circulating a document like you have proposed will only exasperate those situations. I helped assemble the Aneros WIKI and we did perform a good deal of extrapolation from the various information sources. That is precisely the reason the WIKI exists is to provide a concise body of information for Aneros users.
I believe your heart is in the right place with this idea, I’m just afraid the execution in this manner may lead to more rather than less confusion about the nuances of Aneros usage.
  • Hey Rumel - thanks for the reply and welcome.

I appreciate what you are saying, but I believe all the same proceedures are included as in the instructions on this website. Just rather being in long paragraphs with explainations, I have put it in short steps!

Its only to be used as a rough guide as I realise theres not a perfect routine that can be followed to achieve an orgasm, as its not an exact science! However, this proceedure is essentially the one outlined by the manufacturer, so would assume this is the best way to increase your chances.

Im not trying to detract from the work you and others have done in wikipedia, its very informative and well written, I just found it too much to memorise or read quickly. One could argue that many users are unsatisied perhaps because the instructions were too complex or ambiguous.

    Thanks.
  • Thanks mach101! :D
Actually I was looking for something just like this.

    Mach 101,

I agree 100% with Rumel assessment (see below). Although I can certainly understand the desire to have systematic instructions for attaining the Super O, it's very difficult to provide such a thing without being reductionistic. The truth is that there is not one single path...there are many! And generally these paths require some sort of explanation to qualify them.

For most individuals, there is a learning process during which a sensory awakening (that I've called rewiring ) occurs. Developments will be unique from one individual to the next.

In the WIKI, Rumel Darwin and myself strived to offer a framework without dictating a rigid series of steps for users to adhere to. This was purposeful on our parts. The Forum has had a history of people trying to follow set guidelines, first with the manufacturers instructions and later in the form of various posts from users. While these have been well-intentioned they have often led to confusion and frustration. With respect to the manufacturer's instructions, I've tried to make it clear whenever I could that they are simply to be used as a rough outline to get someone started...no more, no less.

If I understand it correctly, your idea is to condense their instructions making them easier to absorb. The only problem that I foresee with this is that they have a limited value as is. They are there to get the anal newbie off the ground with the Aneros, so that they can come to the point of producing sensations with the device.

Is there a short track to the Super O? I've been looking for it for 5 years now and I'm convinced that there is no substitute for the investment of time and patience in a personal learning process......something that I've often referred to as the journey.

  • I know I am the total newbie here but I read a lot before I bought my MGX and posted my first time yesterday. I am almost convinced that the only universal instructions are insert and relax. Everyone is so individual in what will work for the to stimulate them, relax then, how they handle something in their anus, etc... That I think just the overwhelming task of providing somewhat ambiguous but useful guidelines was probably a huge undertaking. I imagine the "instructions" here are more like the Constitution, they are a framework for success but they need to be interpreted by you as to how you apply them and what does and doesn't work for you. I understand what you are trying to accomplish though and if a "pocket guide" of the overall process helps you remember your "steps" and keeps you on track and it works for you then I think that is a great idea.
