i have had the MGX for approximately 3 weeks, and at first i guess due to my own anxiety, i wasnt having that much success. WOW!!! My first Super-O I started with the Euphos and the Helix three months ago with very disappointing results in the beginning. I tried at least three times a week. The most difficult thing for me was to control the different muscle contractions. I finally learned to separate the anal contractions from the pelvic floor contractions. I feel I have successfully done this as I can urinate and contract these muscles without stopping the flow. I just recieved my MGX yesterday and wish I had known about this earlier.
