I often get these spams in my perineum that last for like 2 seconds though out the day. It mostly happens when i am sitting down or laying down. It just feels like a little vibration/spam between my anus and testicles. It doesnt hurt or anything. Does anybody else get these? and should i be worried?

Those spammers can certainly be a pain in the ass, and they seem to go to great lengths to advertize stuff, but this seems to be a new low.
