Let me preface this one by saying that:

I have been using (as a couple of you know) a "turkey baster" as a sexual device, for some time now! I know . . . it sounds completely bonkers, but I often use this device quite successfully in ALL types of sessions!

Hey Hlaser, They stay on just fine with a bit of KY or spit to make the seal especially if you shave around your nipples, lol. I'm not v hairy so it doesn't notice hardly that I've got bald nipples but a hairy man might look a bit odd at the gym/swimming pool

Leave them on and enjoy for 20-30 mins then take them off, nipps become all engorged, puffy and super sensitive

I just went with a very inexpensive pair of "Nipple Suckers", although they have a pretty wide variety here... I can always get fancy later-on if needed??? (Have never used this company before, usually use BlowFish)

Thought I'd add my two penny worth here, with a cheap alternative. I use caps designed to fit on the end of chair legs and as you progress those usually used for walking sticks. Use some oil and sucker attach them to your nipples, at first only for a couple of minutes, gradually you increase the time and eventually you get the nipples so large you can tie them off with elastic bands for not more than 30 minutes, to stretch the nipple permanently (pre-roll elastic bands onto the suckers before attachment, then roll the elastic bands off the suckers around your nipple base before removing the suckers). My nipples were very small to begin with and erected little, but now there is substantial increase in size on stimulation, they have become a source of very great pleasure indeed for me. In the USA apparently you can get a 'snake bite kit' which has suction caps which are ideal, they are not available here as we only have one poisonous snake, rarely encountered!

I really feel opening to nipple stimulation is a real help with the re-wiring journey.

About ten months ago I discovered nipple orgasms. I've never used suction but lightly stroke each nipple with a finger for five to ten minutes, as often as five times a day. The pleasure was incredible, and as a result it became sort of addictive. Recently I noticed that my nipples had doubled or perhaps even tripled in size, and there seemed to be more breast-like fatty tissue beneath the nipples. There hasn't been any discharge. I'm not happy about these anatomical changes, and, although I love nipple orgasms, I've stopped stimulating them. It's only been about a week, but I think the nipples are a little smaller.

I'm not surprised this happened because nipple stimulation causes the pituitary gland to release prolactin, a hormone which stimulates lactation.

/|\ this is interesting. if male deer can increase testosterone production, why wouldnt nipple stim increase another hormone production? I know alot of bodybuilders develop gynecosmastia (enlargement of the nipples and development of breast tissue) from increased estrogen production (compensating for the added test).
