Besides, the rectal prolapse that this article speaks of typically would only happen if you're having extremely rough sex quiite often with a man whose cock competes with his wrist. That information is probably biased and construed. (Never trust information from a group whose agenda would benefit from its truth!)
Though looking at how much and how rough that porn stars, especially the "big bottoms" in gay porn, it's not too farfetched. They do take a lot of precaution in porn nowadays, though.

I would say as long as things weren't done incredibly rough that there should be no problem. I'm sure even women's vaginas could be damaged by too much rough sex.
