...last questions, I really want to enjoy this, but I inserted lube from an anal type syringe and everytime I put the SGX in it feels like I have to poop and I run to the bathroom. Does that go away? Should I just stay in bed and let the feeling pass? Sorry to be so naive about all of this.

Cold water (rather than body temp) for the enema may be triggering urgency to poop. Or, perhaps you are using too much fluid. When I cleanse with an enema I do best with just 3 or 4-oz. rather than the 4 to 6 mentioned in the Wiki.

Relax in the warm shower a bit longer after you cleanse.

If you are using a water based lube that's main component is glycerin, then it's quite possible you are getting the purge effect that a lot of us here have experienced. See the following link:

I also experienced this problem using astroglide initially with Aneros usage. While there are lots of lube options. In my personal experience, I switched over to 100% unrefined shea butter, and couldn't be happier with the results. Here's the unofficial shea butter thread.
