I have taken several Kundalini Yoga classes over the last year or so. I highly recommend KY. The focus is more on breathing, pranayama and meditation. Much different than your usual heath club yoga classes.

For me kundalini yoga is about connecting with your inner truth. The breathing techniques, mantras and meditation fit well with the aneros use if you are looking to transform yourself through the re-wiring process. You will also get a great work out and have lots of muscles stretched. It's not so much doing KY while the aneros is inserted but rather the KY prepares you to enhance the experience.
