How often should i use my SGX is it safe to use everyday twice or day or is that way too much?

Hi, congested, good day to you wherever you are.

This is actually a great question. In fact, I've recently thought I should write a post regarding frequency of use. So here is my take on this.

There is actually no single answer to your question. The frequency of use can only be determined by each user. Having said that, I personally have found that the more I used it, especially early-on, the faster my journey toward orgasm went. Many guys don't have the luxury of daily use, but that's certainly not too much. In fact, even now, if I have opportunity, I will indulge several times a day. I was recently out of town, and had a great deal of free time and spent much of one day in bed with my Progasm. A session early in the morning (mornings by the way, are super times to indulge as your body is rested and eager for the day...and the aneros), one after breakfast, mid afternoon and again that night. Yep, four times in one day. And each time was great! So from my perspective, have at it, it's your body and your journey. Trust your body to let you know what's "too much."

So, no, twice a day is not "way too much" at all, assuming that 1) you have the time 2)that it's ALWAYS comfortable and fun and 3)you're not neglecting other parts of your life. Another maven here, our brother, artform, is fond of saying that Aneros use is about BALANCE and FLOW. I have had this problem, not balancing Aneros with the rest of the stuff in my life. Aneros usage can be VERY ADDICTIVE, trust me on this, once you begin to experience the powerful endorphins of multiple orgasm. You can want it all the time. So, be cautions as you begin to succeed with Aneros, and remember that all things work better in balance with other pursuits.

By the way, many of us use several models of Aneros. You may want to pick up another model, I suggest a Helix, sooner than later, and see if that doesn't work even better.
