    Pre-session stretching exercise

    Perhaps the following is just a newbie type issue and once rewiring is established it might not be an issue.

    Since my first serious tremors and twitches, I've occasionally developed large-muscle cramps that have tended to recur as the session progressed. Once I started getting Mini-Os it was apparent that a cramp would portend a 'dud' session. (perhaps an anxiety situation -- I've always been somewhat fearful of the pain that might be about to happen than the results of any pain that I actually had.)

    So, I've started taking three to four minutes to do some basic stretching drills before I hit flop down on the bed. This has made a world of difference in my ability to sense what's going on in my body. It also seems to 'smooth out' tremor in major muscles.

    So far I've been stretching before I pre-lube and insert; however, I've been thinking there might be some time saving to lube, insert and then combine my stretching along with contractions to 'distribute' lube into one exercise. No clue as to how this will affect mental conditioning.

    If that fits together, it might be worthy of Wiki inclusion in section 3, somewhere around #3.2

    In response to your suggestion the following line of text was added to Setting the Stage in the WIKI.
    "Since Aneros use is a physical activity, a short, whole body stretching regime prior to a session may prove beneficial to accelerating the relaxation process and preparing you for a pleasurable full body orgasm."

    P.S. Muscle cramping may also be caused by an electrolyte deficiency due to dehydration.
