Propose add nipples as stim point for HFO. Have had three HFOs:
-- Two with nipple stim while in Lotus pose. Following intense ano-rectal session, I removed Helix, assumed pose and began nip-stim. (about three minutes to ejac.)
-- One with nipple stim while in Lotus pose. SGX inserted plus nipple stim.

Anyone else do this? Any other positions/poses that work? If so, suggest change second sentence:

Current sentence: "An ejaculation that is produced by anal, rectal, prostate stimulation (as in the Aneros) and mental focus alone."

Proposed sentence: "An ejaculation resulting from anal, rectal, nipple, prostate (as in the Aneros) and mental focus alone."

Looking over recent the forum discussion, it appears that HFO should be divided into HFWO and HFDO.

I did add the HFWO acronym to the list but the acronym HFDO does not appear to be commonly used so I didn't add that. Dry-O is the more common term used and that is already included in the Glossary.
