I would not recommend starting with the Progasm. I would recommend starting with the Eupho or Maximus. Both have worked great for me. I do have the Progasm, but it isn't as versatile and since it is heavier it falls out easier. Also the stem is thicker so it is not as easy to manipulate with your sphincter muscles.
