I am no doctor, but the feeling that you are explaining does not sound like it is a bad thing. I like how my body aches after a weight workout. Even though you have anal experience, the Aneros is powered by YOUR muscles, not those of a lover, so it could be very different, I would imagine.
I would give it some time to calm down, then get right back on it.
