Ok this is how it went. I found the time to have a nice uninterrupted session. To be honest, I don't think there is a real top to all of this. Some of the more experienced users keep reporting new happenings in their journey, I believe that all of this continues to evolve to almost unlimited possibilities. I wouldn't get bogged down in what things are called, but rather if you are enjoying yourself, then enjoy yourself. Things only get better, so don't sweat the details.
Congratulations on the progress by the way, I would of killed for speed of progress when I was starting out. :P
