  • Definite Progress

Today was another breakthrough session. I had what I would classify as a dry mini-o. I was about 30 minutes into my session when some p-waves started to kick in. At first I attempted to really pursue these feelings, but I must have been over thinking things and everything initially faded away. A couple minutes later another p-wave kicked in. This time I just decided to let go and just enjoy the ride no matter where it took me. Well it took me to a new height. The p-wave became more and more intense and then all of the sudden I was overcome with a feeling that had so far eluded me. Until now all that would happen would be a steady rise in tension and energy, followed by a plateau. Well this time I reached where I would normally plateau and then had a sensation of release. My entire body was the most relaxed that it had ever been. These new feelings lasted for maybe a minute and then subsided. This was followed by another set p-waves, but I must have been too excited by what had just happened because I would only reach that plateau.

I know that what I experienced must have been a mini-o because at the end of my session I had no desire to finish off with a traditional orgasm.

Quite interesting how every breakthrough comes in these small steps.

  • Something New

After a handful of sessions with essentially the same results I decided to try something a bit different. Instead of lying on my side I decided to lay on my back for starters. Also, I tried out a more passive approach. After approximately 15 minutes into my session focusing on my breathing and relaxing I tried to create as small a contraction as I possibly could. Holding this contraction created some very interesting sensations, almost like a warm and tingly feeling. And suddenly I was completely aware of a whole new spectrum of sensations. Until now I was really only aware of sensations directly at my anus and the pressure on my perineum.

I could now feel the contours of the Aneros inside my rectum and the slightest pressure being exerted on my prostate. While maintaining the slightest contraction I began to notice some small involuntary contractions. I've made the mistake in the past to get too excited when this would happen, and try to force the next involuntary set to begin by increasing the intensity of my contractions. I decided to just focus on a very slight contraction. While doing this each set of involuntary contractions became increasingly intense along with more sensitivity of my prostate. After a while of climbing this hill the sensations became truly pleasurable. Every small movement of the Aneros was creating these amazing sensations from the inside. Warm, tingling, buzzing is the best way I could describe this.

These feeling persisted for another 20 minutes after the intensity of the sensations reached a plateau. And just like that my body was saying that it was enough for now.

Each session I have learned something new but this last one was the biggest step so far.

  • 1st Session

Received my Helix in the mail today and had my first session.

I will say that I was a bit nervous about this whole thing at the beginning.

After a long relaxing shower I retreated to the bedroom to begin. I was pleasantly surprised at how the Aneros fit into my body. After prepping it with ID I laid on my side, hips cocked, and began to insert the Aneros. I reached a point where it was automatically drawn in. This was a bit of a shock, yet surprisingly comfortable. I laid there and relaxed for a few minutes and just took in the new feelings. After a while I began to make a series of small anal contraction. I would work them in series of 5 to 10 contractions, never really keeping count, then relax for a few seconds. After a few sets I had this strange feeling. I would have this urge to contract while I would be resting, like a sort of tension. And then I had what I would call echo contractions. After I would release a contraction I would have 3 to 5 small twitches in quick succession follow. After working with this for a few minutes I completely lost control of the contractions, I just let them do their thing. This lasted for maybe 2 minutes. Then as quickly as thing got ramped up it all just kind of tapered out. I attempted to regain the previous involuntary contractions but to no avail. Then after a while I just decided to end the session. From what I have read on the forums there is no point in trying to force something to happen, it will only hold you back.

In the end I didn't have any mind blowing sensations, but just to experience those few minutes of involuntary contractions was pretty awesome, and all from this little devise.

  • Greetings and Salutations

Hello everyone. Let me introduce myself. I go by the alias Golf_Guru.

I'm a recent college graduate that works in the golf industry. I am also actively pursuing my PGA certifications to become a professional golf instructor.

I came across this site when my girlfriend was searching for things to spice up the bedroom. She was looking for something for her and originally showed me this site as a bit of a joke. We had a little laugh about it and she moved on. It sparked my curiosity and I have been reading quite a bit on the forums as a lurker the past few weeks. I just ordered the Helix Syn a couple days ago and am now just waiting for its arrival. I didn't know what my girlfriend would think when I told her. She was a bit surprised that I would be into such a thing. To be honest, I don't know if I will be. I have never even thought of that area before as a pleasure center. But after reading about some of these incredible experiences that other people have had, I figured what's the worst that could happen, right? If there is a chance I can achieve these results I do not want to miss out.

All that's left is to wait for my Helix to arrive.

4 Item(s)

A to Z

A anal sphincter

The ring of muscles surrounding the anus. There are two rings, the outer and the inner. The outer is under voluntary control. The inner is not (it is controlled by the autonomic nervous system but can be trained to relax therapeutically with biofeedback). To identify this muscle, squeeze your anus as though you are holding back gas. This is the muscle that primarily drives the motion of the Aneros.

B Benign Prostate Hyperplasia

Or BPH. A non-cancerous enlarging of the prostate common in middle aged and older men, often causing urinary symptoms. BPH is one of the prostate ailments that the Aneros was originally developed to help treat. (from the wiki)

H hands-free

The patented design of our massagers allows them to be used completely – hands-free. This is an advantage over other prostate massagers. It allows an Aneros massager to be used in any position the user wants. More importantly, it frees the user to focus solely on the sensations instead of making a conscious effort to manually manipulate the massager. This subtle freedom is important for bringing the mind and body together during a session, which by many experience users is considered a required technique to master in order to achieve a Super-O.

J journey to the Super-O

Aneros massagers can be enjoyed in many different ways – to enhance a strength and pleasure of penile orgasms during partnered or solo sex, or solely for the pleasures derived from prostate orgasms. The ultimate experience for the route is the Super-O. The practice and understanding of how an Aneros massager, the body, and mind play off of one another to eventually achieve a Super-O is now commonly referred to as the “Journey to the Super-O” by our community members. For some men, this learning period is short in duration. For others, it can take quite some time. There are some key milestones on this journey – they can be viewed

K Kundalini Tab

Also known as the K-Tab.  Curves upwards to rest above the anus between the buttocks to pressure on an acupressure spot there. Named after the yoga concept that there is a serpent of power located at the base of the body’s trunk. The K-Tab and the arm that it extends from has taken the place of the handle seen in other Aneros models. (adapted from the wiki)

P PC muscle

The pubococcygeus muscle, one of a number of muscles in the pelvic floor. It is a hammock-like muscle, found in both sexes, that stretches from the pubic bone to the coccyx (tail bone) forming the floor of the pelvic cavity and supporting the pelvic organs. The PC muscle is largely involved in sexual response and contracting during orgasm. It is believed that strengthening leads to longer, more powerful orgasms. (from the wiki)

pelvic floor

The set of muscles that span the area beneath the pelvis, supporting the pelvic organs. (from the wiki)

The area between the scrotum and anus. The perineum provides external access to the prostate and a pudendal nerve acupressure spot.

perineum tab

On Aneros devices, the front arm which curves upward to press on the perineum during an Aneros session.   This actions prevents external prostate stimulation.  It also acts as a fulcrum against which the device can pivot to perform the internal prostate stimulation.

Aneros massagers are made from 3 different types of plastic. All are FDA approved and medical-grade, non-porous, and each has the right density for the right weight and balance for that particular model.

Inflammation of the prostate. Although there are many suspected causes, (bacterial infection, auto-immune response and neuromuscular tension), prostatitis remains an intractable disease which is often times unresponsive to traditional forms of treatment. Before the advent of antibiotics prostate massage was the first line form of treatment. In recent years with many people turning to holistic and homeopathic forms of medicine, prostate massage has been enjoying resurgence. (from the wiki)

Prostate specific antigen. A chemical produced in the prostate and measured in the blood as an indication of cellular activity in the prostate. Abnormally high levels of PSA may indicate health concerns such as inflammation or cancer. The PSA measurement may be elevated by ejaculation, and any form of anal play, including the Aneros. Ask your doctor for a recommended period of abstention prior to taking this test (the Aneros manufacturer suggests a few days to a week). (from the wiki)

S silicone

We call our silicone “Velvet Touch” for its luxurious, matte finish which is designed to hold lubricant. Silicone is used in our Syn models as well as the Vice and deVice.

An abbreviation of Super orgasm. An overwhelmingly strong non-ejaculatory orgasmic event. Orgasms that have no refractory period allowing them to be repeated multiple times.  Though different for each man, the Super-O is considered to be the ultimate pleasure a man can achieve.
